VGFS Pilot Application

Minimum Requirement of VGFS Pilot – Cadet Pilot Program

You should read Introduction to Virtual Cadet Pilot Program before you submit application.

  • is a GFS lover and a flight simulator enthusiast.
  • must be over the age of 13
  • must be able speak or write in both Chinese and English.
  • must own a workable joystick or joypad. (Control of Helicopter by keyboard is impossible )
  • must own a Microsoft Flight Simulator X Acceleration /*
  • must own a VATSIM ID or/and a IVAO ID.
  • declare any engagement in other parties that should not have conflict of interest(if any).

Once you have submitted your request, you should contact our staff proactively for a interview. Otherwise, you application will be rejected.


Minimum Requirement of VGFS Members – Experienced Pilot Entry Route

  • is a GFS lover and a flight simulator enthusiast.
  • must be over the age of 13
  • must be able speak or write in both Chinese and English.
  • Experienced gameplayer both in Helicopter and fixed wing aircraft.
  • must own a workable joystick or joypad.
  • must own a Microsoft Flight Simulator X Acceleration/ *
  • must own a VATSIM ID or/and a IVAO ID.
  • IVAO PP rating or VATSIM P1 holder would be advantage
  • declare any engagement in other parties that should not have conflict of interest(if any).

Selected applicant may be asked to attend helicopter/ fixed wing qualification assessment (e.g. Circuit & VFR Flight in RAF Sek Kong)

* We do not support any more for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004, you are encouraged to use Microsoft Flight Simulator X which provide you a wonderful flying experience such as mission, sharing cockpit training.
